1. Introduction

Welcome to Soccer Fire ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soccer Fire mobile application (iOS and Android), the Soccer Fire website at soccerfire.app, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Soccer Fire. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and a password, or through a third-party authentication provider (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In).

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Description of the Service

Soccer Fire is a football (soccer) trivia game that offers:

  • Solo Mode: Answer trivia questions at various difficulty levels to earn XP and climb the ranks

  • Multiplayer Challenges: Challenge friends or other players to head-to-head trivia battles

  • Leaderboards: Compete for positions on global and regional rankings

  • Progression System: Earn XP, unlock rank tiers, collect cosmetics, and build daily streaks

  • Energy System: Gameplay uses energy tokens that refill over time or can be restored by watching optional rewarded advertisements

5. Energy System and Advertisements

Soccer Fire uses an energy token system. Energy tokens are consumed when you start trivia sessions or multiplayer battles. Tokens refill automatically over time.

You may optionally watch rewarded video advertisements to receive additional energy tokens. Watching ads is always voluntary — you are never required to watch an ad to use the core features of the Service. You can always wait for natural energy refills instead.

Advertisements are served by Google AdMob. By using the Service, you acknowledge that third-party ad networks may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad preferences within the app under your profile settings.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service for unfair advantage

  • Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or matchmaking systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers and networks

  • Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display names or avatar content

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these rules, including temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, trivia questions, game mechanics, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Soccer Fire or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You may provide certain content to the Service, such as display names and avatar photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

  • Any defects will be corrected

  • The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

  • The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

Trivia questions and answers are provided for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions and answers are error-free. Trivia questions, answers, and related content in Soccer Fire are generated and curated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or outdated information, and some questions may involve subjective interpretation. Content is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes, and Soccer Fire disclaims liability for any inaccuracies. Users may report suspected errors through the in-app feedback channel.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCCER FIRE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soccer Fire and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service

  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings section of the app. Upon deletion:

  • Your profile will be soft-deleted (display name changed to "Deleted User")

  • Your push notification tokens will be removed

  • Your gameplay data may be retained in anonymized form for leaderboard integrity

  • You may request complete data deletion by contacting us at privacy@soccerfire.app

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soccer Fire operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soccer Fire regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
